Frequently asked questions
How does the virtual session work?
We meet on video call and walk through the three curated looks together. You can share what you already own so we can incorporate existing pieces where possible.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 2 weeks before your event gives us room to source pieces, allow for delivery, and handle any last-minute tweaks. For major events (weddings, galas), 4–6 weeks is ideal.
When will I receive my deliverables?
Your outfit concept board and shopping links are delivered within 48 hours of your session. The day-of checklist and accessories guide arrive at the same time.
